Haris Gin
A wonderful collaboration with Opera Gin Budapest, the first gin distillery in town. Besides juniper, you will explore sweet Sevilla orange, spicy cardamom, and a slight touch of ginger. Are you ready for it?
Bobo Restaurant at Haris Park opened in April 2019, serving traditional flavours of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy in modern layout - paying homage to history of the building, yet fulfilling 21st century preferences. In the summer, or as long as possible you will be seated in our spacious garden, and when the chilly evenings come, we all move back in the restaurant wing of this beautiful chateau.
ARE YOU A BOBO?
At the start of the new millennium, US editor-journalist David Brooks, coined the term ‘Bobo’, meaning an amalgamation of bourgeois and bohemian to describe the main aspects of a new modern upper-middle class. His proposition was that in the 21st century this new class is one that combines the values of the artist and intellectual with those of the wealthier traditional class, to produce a new class with a different approach to the finer things in life. No longer is it possessions, but fine experiences that are valued by society. Great dining, interesting conversation, and good company is what we offer to all our guests here at Haris Park.
