Why and for how long do we need your data?

There are two main reasons we need personal data: for marketing purposes and/or in connection with contract fulfillment.

In case of marketing usage, (page visits, subscription to our newsletter, table reservation, request for proposal) we may need your name, email address, phone number in order to get in touch with you and to share our current news, thus we store these data as long as there is a request for the data to be deleted. If we do not get the appropriate data, we are not able to keep in touch with you, this means that e.g.: we are not able to confirm the table reservation, we are not able to send our newsletter or to send a proposal, etc.

Of course, the specified data will only be used for these purposes.

For the fulfillment of the contract, we also need your full name, phone number, email address, however, in addition, we need to inquire more personal data in order to fulfill the contract concluded between us (e.g.: for identification – address, mother’s name, ID card number or in case of labor contract, the tax number, social security number, etc.). If we do not get the appropriate data, we are not able to fulfill the contract. The specified data is being stored until the fulfillment of the contract, or as long as the pursuit of either of the parties’ interest or legal obligation is required.

What is the legal basis for data management?

We have the right to handle your data for two reasons: for one, you have given your permission to use the data (through our website, over the phone or in person), for two, because it is necessary to be able to fulfill the obligation of the contract (there is a contractual relationship between you, and our enterprise).
